Comedian Dave Sheridan stars with Randy Quaid and Dolly Parton in an outrageous comedy where hilarious things happen to a claims investigator who takes his job a little too seriously.

As a child, Frank McKlusky (Sheridan) watched his daredevil father "Madman" McKlusky become comatose in an ill-fated motorcycle stunt. Insurance fraud wiped out the family finances, but Frank`s career compensates.
