The Supply of Goods

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Movies & Games On-Line unless, and until, an email is sent by Movies & Games On-Line to you confirming that your order has been dispatched.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock or our suppilers.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions
Right To Withdraw Items 
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the Web site at any time.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Making a Purchase
By purchasing from this web site, you declare you are over 18 Years of Age
You can order securely online, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo, and Switch – alternatively you can print and post your order and pay by Cheque or Postal Order.
Shipping and Handling 
Second Class Free on all single DVDs and Games (Not including large Boxsets and Games with accessories.)
First Class TBA
Delivery Schedule
The vast majority of orders are dispatch within 1 - 2 days - by Royal Mail UK Customers (dependant on stock levels with us and our suppliers).
We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) after the 14 days period has lapsed, so we can help to retrieve your goods.

Claims for loss must be made within 60 calendar days of the date of posting, or no claim will be entertained. We have no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 60 days has expired from the date of posting. 

No refunds on item(s) that have been lost in the post until all paperwork has been sent back to the Royal Mail confirming that you haven't receive the item(s)
Orders paid by Cheque will be put on hold till funds have cleared.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 
If a Item has not yet been released, you can pre-order the title and we will hold your order for dispatch until the title has been released. Generally, we dispatch new releases on the working day prior to the release date, and you can expect to receive the title on the release date itself.
Customs and Import Fees

Packages sent internationally may incur import duties, custom fees, and/or handling charges by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in that country.

Who pays for the customs fees?

The buyer is responsible for paying these additional fees.

How much are customs/import fees?

These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the duty laws of the destination country.

We will not be able to tell you in advance how much you may need to pay in additional fees. We are not responsible for these fees.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Right To Cancel
You may return any unopened item within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund.
We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 20%

Returns Policy
To return a faulty item, please e-mail us on sales@moviesandgamesonline.co.uk. To obtain a returns authorisation code.
Please return the item, wrapped securely to prevent damage, and include a note of the problem experienced and your original invoice.
Send the package via Royal Mail Second Class.
We will refund your postage costs and replace your goods.
If the item is no longer obtainable, we will refund your credit card.
We test returned items and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense if we cannot reproduce the fault on our equipment.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law 
All purchases from Movies & Games On-Line are subject to English Law.
